” you know you’ve healed when you can finally tell your story without crying ”

My story..

So, here’s were it began..my mother became really ill on my 8th birthday and was in hospital for 11 months, half of that time I could only record my voice and have my aunt take her my recording, having them moving between my aunt’s and fathers, feeling rather lost and scared, mum finally came home after a long 11 months but then things got tricky, I was left to be independent at the age of 8, take myself to school, cook for myself, iron etc.

Age 13 fell in love with someone who did something really bad, lied for him etc, got in with the wrong crowd, he got sent to prison and I was finally free but then that’s were life got tricky, I started drinking more, lying all the time etc, moved from place to place, then age 17 moved into a homeless hostel, where I was surrounded by drugs, fighting etc, I’d never in my life touched a drug before then because of past experience with a family member, but that’s when my life truly got worse, i ended up in an abusive relationship, someone who told me what to wear, hit me etc, had all control over me, I allowed it happen for so long, then finally moved back with mum but then ended up a full time druggy in a relationship with someone who had all my money, accused me of all sorts, two years later I finally seen for myself what was actually happening and left him, I found someone who treats me like a absolute princess, he’s amazing, spoils me the lot, my ex partner then passed a few weeks later, doctors gave me sleeping tablets but they didn’t work, so I excepted help from friends and family and started self mediating, now I’m the person I am today, I’ve over come so many obsicles this year , I now leave the house on a daily to go to work, my amazing boyfriend is still amazing, I have the people I need & my anixety is not a problem no more..

The moral of my story is, anixety isn’t a choice BUT only you can change it!!

Self love and self care is the key trick to a happy life!!

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
